Shipping

Orders are shipped every Monday & Thursday. All merchandise is shipped from Nashville, TN. U.S.A. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However there are some exceptions. If your country is not listed, contact us for special arrangements.

We are closed on every U.S. national holiday and there is no delivery service on those days.

U.S.A Customers:

Once your order is shipped normal delivery time is 3-5 days.

All customers outside of the U.S.A. – PLEASE READ THIS!

You are responsible for all duties & taxes incurred upon delivery. We will NOT ship your order as a “gift” or “commercial sample.”

Most International orders are shipped First Class with no tracking information. This is the most economical method. If you wish to have your order shipped with tracking and a more expedited manner, please contact us.

Most international shipments take between 15-20 days for arrival. If you have not received your order in that time frame. The most common reason for the hold up is the customs office in your country. There is nothing we can do about this. You are at their mercy and they will release the package when they seem fit.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened or unwashed items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

International Returns:

Please contact us so we can work with you on resolving the issue. As shipping any item back to us will be expensive for both parties.

F.A.Q.

Pre-Order Deals & Packages will be shipped on or within 2 days after the official release of the album or merch. Why is that, you say? Enable to provide the pre-order deal to customers up until the day of the release. We have to order the shirts, CDs and any other exclusive items just before that date. Since most pre-orders are a very special price we have to be very accurate on the amount we order to not have to many extras or not have too few of a particulare size. We completly understand the situation you may be in.. Well.. Itunes, Amazon or even the record label customers already have the music! We get that, but they also don’t have the shirt or special items for a great price. So please be patient.

If you ordered other products with your pre-order. We will ship all the items together.

What does Awaiting Fulfillment mean?

Once you have placed your order and paid. Your order goes into that mode.

From there your products or merch, is being checked for stock, pulled, packaged and prepared for shipment. Since we ship on Mondays & Thursdays. Your order can be in that state up until that time.

If you placed a Pre-Order. It will stay in that state up until 2 days after the expected release date listed on the site. Why? See Above.

Will I be sent an email with tracking information?

For doemestic customers, yes, you will receive and email confirming shipment and you will have tracking information available.

For international customers, yes, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped. The tracking information you will be sent is only good to locate the package in the U.S.A. It will show it’s last location in the U.S. Once the package is transferred into your country, there is no longer any tracking information as it switchs to your local postal service. This shipping method is the most economical way. If you want door to door tracking please contact us.
